1. Case study

qb Hospitality sends out a mistery quest to collect data to improve the services of the company. But something has to happen with the data, that is why I created the question, "How can we view the result of mistery quests and see where we can improve our service?"

2. Result

With this website, mistery quests can put in their data after they visite a company. The site will calculate the score the company deserves and shows where they can improve their services. If a company has multiple holders, they can see which one is doing the best and why.

3. Experience

The qb Hospitality website gives a better experience to the mystery shoppers and the companies that hired qb Hospitality. Better flow and insight on how to improve the services in the company, and that is eventually the vital thing.
